The usual way
Each order ships from overseas. 2–4 weeks, a crushed mailer, tracking that stops at the border.

Stocked in a U.S. warehouse first. 3–7 business days, a domestic parcel with real tracking, returns to a U.S. address.
Most of what we sell is made overseas, and most online stores that sell it ship each order from overseas too. That is why a $12 gadget takes three weeks and arrives in a crushed mailer. We work the other way round: products are stocked in warehouses inside the United States before they are listed, so every order is a domestic parcel with a real tracking number, and the price you see already includes that shipping.
It also changes what we can promise. Because the goods are already here, we can say 3 to 7 business days and mean it, replace a damaged item without a month-long wait, and take returns to a U.S. address. When a product is not stocked in the U.S., we simply do not list it in the store.
How we choose what to sell
We stock a curated range of home, pet, electronics, and everyday items, plus a wider catalog you can search. Products are listed only when they are in stock at a U.S. warehouse and we have a confirmed shipping cost, so every listing you see can actually ship at the price shown.
Some products are sold by independent sellers on our marketplace. The seller is named on the product page, and Laonio remains your single point of contact for support, returns, and refunds either way. Our buying guides explain what we look for in each category.
Buying together
We would rather reward customers than pay for advertising. Every delivered order earns 5% back in store credit, sharing your link gives a friend $10 off their first order and you $10 when it arrives, and selected products offer a lower price when two people buy together.
