Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Laonio fulfills and delivers orders placed through our storefront. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Delivery area and time

We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States. Delivery to a continental U.S. address typically occurs within three (3) to seven (7) business days after the order has been processed, subject to carrier performance, weather, and other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping within the continental United States is provided at no additional charge. The prices displayed at checkout include applicable shipping for eligible destinations.

Order processing

Orders are processed within one (1) business day of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. We may delay or cancel an order if we are unable to verify payment, shipping information, or product availability.

Tracking

When an order ships, we email the tracking number to the address provided at checkout. You may also look up shipment status on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. Please inspect the shipment promptly upon receipt and contact us if items are missing or damaged.
