1.Who we are

Laonio is an online store operated by Pi R Squared Holdings LLC. Products are sold either by Laonio directly or by independent sellers listed on our marketplace; the seller of each product is shown on the product page. Where an independent seller is the merchant of record, these Terms still govern your use of the site, and Laonio remains your point of contact for support, returns, and refunds.

2.Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account password confidential. An account is optional; guest checkout is always available.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to violate these Terms, to commit fraud, or to manipulate the rewards program.

3.Orders and acceptance

An order you place is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation, and our obligation to deliver begins when the order ships. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify your payment or address, if we identify a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

To cancel an order yourself, contact us before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

4.Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Any sales tax we are required to collect is shown before you pay. We work hard to keep prices accurate, but errors happen; if an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you with the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Laonio does not store card numbers. By completing checkout you authorize the charge for your order total. Store credit, where applied, is deducted at checkout and is subject to the rules in section 8.

5.Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from warehouses in the United States and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6.Returns and refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. Change-of-mind returns are accepted in original condition; you cover return shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the item. 7.Group orders

Some products offer a group price. A group order is placed and paid like any other order, and is fulfilled when the required number of paying participants join within the time shown on the group page. If the group does not fill in time, every order in it is cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method, automatically. We may also add a small store credit as thanks for trying.

Each participant must be a different person at a different shipping address. The group price cannot be combined with other discounts or store credit. We may close a group early, or fulfil a partly-filled group, at our discretion; you will always receive either the product at the group price or a full refund.

8.Cashback and friend rewards

Laonio may grant store credit for delivered orders (cashback), for the first order placed by a person you refer, for later orders by that person (5% for 12 months from their first order), and for orders by people they refer (2%). Rewards stop at that second level. Friend rewards are capped at $200 per calendar month and require that you have placed a paid order yourself. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and applies only at checkout on this site, up to 50% of an order total. Rewards are granted after delivery and are reversed if the order is refunded or charged back.

Referral rewards require that the referred customer is a different person from you, with a different email address, shipping address, and payment card. Messages you share through our sharing tools disclose that you receive store credit when a referred customer buys. Participation never requires a fee or a purchase, and no reward is paid for introducing people to the program itself. We may withhold or reverse rewards where we reasonably believe accounts are being used to manipulate the program, and we may change or end the program on 30 days’ notice. 9.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to place fraudulent orders, to create multiple accounts to obtain rewards, to scrape or copy our catalog, to interfere with the site’s operation, or to violate any law. We may take reasonable steps to prevent abuse, including cancelling orders and withholding rewards.

10.Intellectual property

The Laonio name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by Pi R Squared Holdings LLC or its licensors. Product images and descriptions may belong to their respective manufacturers or sellers. You may not reproduce or use them without permission, other than to browse and buy.

11.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are covered by the return rights in these Terms and by any warranty the manufacturer provides. Except as stated, the site and products are provided “as is,” and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any consumer right you have under the law of your state.

12.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which Pi R Squared Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most issues are resolved within a business day. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version took effect. Changes apply to orders placed after that date; the Terms in force when you ordered continue to govern that order.
