Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Laonio storefront and your purchase of goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the storefront.

Eligibility and orders

You represent that you are able to form a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable or where we detect fraud or a pricing or other error.

Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel an order where a product is listed at an incorrect price, including as a result of a typographical error, system fault, or supplier-data error. If we cancel after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method. Payment is processed by Stripe. Completion of checkout constitutes authorization to charge the selected payment method for the order total.

Shipping and title

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic, war, terrorism, labor dispute, utility or network failure, embargo, governmental action, carrier disruption, or supplier shortage. Performance will be suspended for the duration of the event.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The storefront and goods are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laonio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Laonio maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Questions may be submitted through our Contact page.
