Returns & Refunds

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to goods purchased from Laonio. Please retain your order number. Requests should be submitted within the time periods stated below.

Return window

You may return an item within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories, except where a quality defect makes that impracticable.

Quality issues

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund of the amount you paid for the affected item, including original shipping where the order is returned in full for a quality issue.

Non-quality returns

If you return an item for any reason other than a quality issue (including change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering error), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original outbound shipping charge, if any was paid, is not refunded on a non-quality return unless required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. The date funds appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.

Contact us through the Contact page or by email at [email protected], and include your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without prior notice may be delayed or refused.
